How do I communicate a new strategy in a concise, memorable way? This is a problem facing many companies. Employees, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders need to be informed and engaged.
Strategy
We developed a name and corresponding logo for the Glarner Kantonalbank's 2024 to 2026 strategy. In essence, it was about focussing and consolidation. This was brought into the foreground by a memorable focus gesture as a visual element. An easy-to-understand strategy video and employee workshops ensured that this was firmly anchored into the team. The employees showed their commitment by taking self-portraits with focus gestures.
Investors and shareholders were also addressed. The annual report and investor presentation were characterised by the new strategy.
