The City of Zurich has launched an integrated prevention campaign against paedophile criminals in chat rooms. The PR Factory designed the entire campaign and implemented the measures in two campaign waves. The campaign included posters, TV ads, brochures, a website, as well as information and teaching resources for schools and parents. Regular information events also took place over a period of two years. The campaign achieved wide national media coverage and was awarded the special “Safety and Trust” prize in the “Knights of Communication” competition organised by the Swiss Federal Office of Communications (BAKOM). In addition, the posters were accepted into the permanent collection by the Zurich Museum of Design.
